Product availability: OriginZ® cannot guarantee item(s) availability, as well as their availability for immediate delivery. OriginZ® reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all item(s) or to cancel any order.
Return, exchange, refund policy: The item(s) once purchased will not be returned or exchanged in any circumstances. Please read Return, exchange and refund policy for more details.
Shipping time: Shipping time for order delivery within Srilanka is 3-4 working days and for outside Srilanka is 7-10 working days. Please read Shipping policy for more details.
Typographical error: OriginZ® strives to make every piece of information as accurate as possible. In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or item information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at the incorrect price. OriginZ® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged or payment is made in any other form. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase or you had made the payment in any other form and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately refund the amount in full.
Payment of duties: Import duties and local taxes are not included in the quoted price of items being delivered to any locations. You will be responsible for paying any import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt of the shipment.
Credit/Debit Card order payment confirmation and shipping: Orders for which payment is made with Credit/Debit card will only be shipped after payment confirmation from the bank.
Privacy policy: Your personal information is confidential. We do not share, exchange or sell email addresses. When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit/debit card information and your email address. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order. All your information is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to anybody unless ordered by government authorities.

Governing law: Our business shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
