Shipping Policy

Domestic delivery

We deliver islandwide.

Shipping time for order delivery within Srilanka is 3-4 working days.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email and within 24 hours you will receive a verification call/whatsapp from our Customer Support desk to re-confirm the order (during which you can also inform them any order specific instructions or ask them any item related queries). Once the order is verified, it will be delivered to you within 3-4 working days. If you fail to verify, your order will be automatically put on hold for a repeat call/whatsapp and subsequently cancelled.

All orders within Srilanka are delivered through Pronto courier services. You will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.

In the event of delay in delivery due to Force Majeure, you will be informed via phone or email in advance.

International delivery

We deliver worldwide (excluding sanctioned countries).

Shipping time for order delivery outside Srilanka is 7-10 working days.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email and within 24 hours you will receive a verification call/whatsapp from our Customer Support desk to re-confirm the order (during which you can also inform them any order specific instructions or ask them any item related queries). Once the order is verified, it will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days. If you fail to verify, your order will be automatically put on hold for a repeat call/whatsapp and subsequently cancelled.

All orders outside Srilanka are delivered through DHL express services or similar. You will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.

You will also receive a sales invoice and notification of shipment via email. You will bear any additional import duties / local taxes for custom clearance or any administration charges upon receipt of the shipment.
