We are unable to exchange item(s) purchased.

 

REFUNDS

For refunds, please contact our customer care at customersupport@originz.lk
We take utmost care in ensuring you receive the items in perfect condition. We refund any item(s) that is found to have defect / damage. If the received item(s) appears to have any sort of defect / damage, please email us no later than 2 days from the date you received the item(s). Our team will investigate the issue and process the refund for the item(s). Please note that no refund query will be processed after 2 days from the date you received the item(s).

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS

  • Items must be in the same condition reported
  • Original tags must be in place
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Items will be collected back by us within two weeks

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel the order any time before it is processed and payment refunded. Once the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email that contains tracking information. After the item(s) is processed, the Return, exchange and refund policy will apply.
